​Transition Year (TY)
​

Transition Year at Scoil Phobail Bhéara is an optional one-year programme designed to bridge the gap between Junior and Senior Cycle, providing students with opportunities for personal, social, and academic development.

The TY programme aims to
- Facilitate a smooth transition between Junior and Senior Cycle
- Encourage personal and social development
- Support students in growing independence
- Foster academic achievement
- Prepare students for the Leaving Certificate and working life
